Lily gave her heartwarming sympathy to Vergel. She listens as Vergel spoke from his heart his regrets why he lose his foster father. That if he was just there when the incident happened, he must have saved the life of his beloved father if he wasn't too busy saving other people's lives. He blamed himself for that. Vergel is in deep awe and Lily is just there to comfort him.
