September 1 to 5, 2008: Operation Recall
Article posted August 29, 2008
Dayze Tagimoro reports that she has been spending less time with Asero since Zeus decided to bring the cyborg home. As such, our reports are now limited to eyewitnesses who managed to catch a glimpse of the human robot. Lucky for us, the cyborg Asero has been out and about this past week.
An eyewitness reports that Asero has been living the life of Grecko Abesamis, the man whose body was used for Project Asero. But it seems that the robot has been exhibiting human emotions at an alarming pace. Dayze has reported previously that Zeus requested an emotion emulator for Asero, but the emotions currently being expressed by the cyborg is not completely the emulator’s work alone.
Our agent reports that Asero may have retained more human qualities than they originally thought. Dayze also reports that Asero’s relationship with one Claire Morales, the cyborg daughter of one of Empire’s top bosses. She adds that Asero has been asking about love a lot, lately.
Meanwhile, our Advocate mole has been keeping a relatively quiet profile. His last report tells us that so far, no one is the wiser with regards to the changes in Grecko Abesamis—formerly Agent Phoenix. The only interesting thing that happened at his front, he adds, is their head of operations’ interest in Grecko’s father: Ibsen Abesamis.
Lastly, our agent keeping tabs on Ms. Emily San Juan reports that the woman is frequently seen with the cyborg Asero. When he was able to get close to the two, he overheard the cyborg asking the woman to help him remember.
It seems as if Asero is beginning to think for himself. What this means for Empire and Advocate, we’ll soon find out.
