My answer.
1. Where there is smoke, there's fire
2. Of course I want him to stay
3. I don't really think GMA will let him transfer to another station. It is known that Anabelle is close to Ms.Gozon & Ms. Galvante so this is far from happening.The cause of the crisis appears to have arose from his personal choices that some may not want to happen such as Richard's planned career change from acting to directing. However the crisis seems to indicate only small nuisances that only he can perceive. Sure for Richard this is a big thing, because after all its a very personal thing. He has a choice to ignore it or do something to correct it whenever it occurs; just like a cat and mouse game. Some will try to discourage him from transferring by drumming his so called "weak points" and lamenting the "Angel plight".
The same forces that drove Angel L. to consider transferring to the other station are not at work yet but I feel its only a matter of time.

Syempre hindi!kaya lang wala naman satin ang decision tungkol dito.
Pero kung sakali mang totoo,hindi ko alam kung suportado pa rin namin siya.
Just like Angel,tingnan mo ngayon ang career niya.I'm not saying na wala pero hindi rin existing.
I still believe on him when he said
that "HE IS PROUD TO BE KAPUSO".
