Showbiz Central host Raymond Guttierrez visited the set of GMA-7's Asero to get the latest from the main character of the show—his twin brother, Richard Gutierrez.

The main topic in the interview, of course, was about Richard's newest leading lady, Heart Evangelista. Asero director Mark Reyes spilled the beans on Richard by sharing with Raymond an incident which involved a sudden decision made by Richard that nearly made him miss his flight. What exactly did he do?

"I wanted to give something to Heart," Richard revealed, "na puwede niyang itago, you know, as a symbol doon sa pinagsamahan namin sa Dubai. So last minute, noong pasakay na kami sa eroplano, e, paglingon nilang lahat, nawawala ako!"

So where did rush to?

BELLY DANCING WOWS RICHARD. Heart's skills as a belly dancer got the attention of everyone on the set of Asero, especially the men. It's the first time Heart actually has done something like this so how did Richard feel when he saw Heart "belly dance" for the first time?

"Nandoon ako, habang nire-rehearse," Richard related. "Nasa isang tent kami sa disyerto at tinuturuan siyang mag-belly dancing. So lahat kami, nandoon sa tent. ‘Tapos instantly, she got it. She got the moves and proud na proud yung teacher niya."

Recreating the look of an astounded person, Richard added, "Lahat kami naka-ganyan [nakatingin], oh!"

THE STUNTS. What would an action series be without stunts? Raymond asked what stunts his brother did during their Dubai taping.

"Isa siguro sa memorable stunts na ginawa ko, e, yung pag-drive ko sa desert ng Dubai using a 4x4," Richard related. Before Raymond can react, he quickly added, "It looks easy, okay. ‘Pag nandoon ka, parang ‘Wow, ang dali,' ganyan. Pero ‘pag ikaw nagda-drive, e, napakahirap pala mag-drive sa disyerto."

"Lumulubog ba yung kotse?" Raymond curiously asked.

His brother answered, "Lumulubog, at kailangan marunong kang magbasa ng desert dunes kung hindi, e, mai-stranded kayo! So yun na nga ang nangyari, na-stranded kami a couple of times kasi mahirap yung terrain. Pero okay naman, enjoy!"
