'BFGF' No. 1 Valentine movie ng GMA, Regal

Kumpirmado na. Ang "My Bestfirend’s Girlfriend" ay ang pinakamalakas na Valentine movie ng GMA Films. Co-produced ng Regal Films at kumita ito ng P50 million sa takilya sa unang apat na araw pa lang ng showing sa lampas 100 na sinehan sa buong Pilipinas. Muli na namang ipinakita ni Richard Gutierrez na siya talaga ang Valentine box-office king of the Philippines, at sa pagkakataong ito ay kasama niya ang pinakamainit na female celebrity ng bansa na si Marian Rivera. Ang producers ay lubhang nagpapasalamat at na-tutuwa sa malakas na pagtanggap ng mga manonood simula pa lang noong unang araw ng showing. Ayon sa GMA Films president na si Annette Gozon-Abrogar: “We are overwhelmed with the box-office success of BFGF! So far, this is our highest grossing Valentine movie on its first four days. We hope that the good word of mouth continues so that more and more people will get to enjoy the movie.” Pahayag naman ng Regal Entertaiment boss na si Roselle Monteverde-Teo: “Both Richard and Marian have proven themselves to be number one not only on television but also with paying audience. This movie is the biggest box-office team up.” Dagdag naman ni Joey Abacan, GMA Films Supervising Producer: “Once I was quoted that this is the best Va-lentine’s movie that we have produced so far. “I thank God that what I said was confirmed by the numbers. We’re happy thatour objective to create a quality blockbuster was met in BFGF!” Ang romantic-comedy na ito ay mainit na tinangkilik ng mga manonood dahil light at feel-good ang tema ng pelikula. Simple lang ang istor-ya na naihayag mabuti ng direktor na si Mark A. Re-yes na nagpatunay rin ng kanyang versatility sa pro-ject na ito.
