Richard-Marian the new love team to beat

Check it out THE mammoth crowd in last Sunday’s premiere night of GMA7 and Regal Entertainment’s co-production venture and Valentine offering, “My Bestfriend’s Girlfriend” starring the phenomenal Marian ‘Marimar’ Rivera and Richard ‘Kamandag’ Gutierrez, is an indication that the two are the new love team to beat. They themselves can’t believe what they saw. In fact, the number of security guards tasked to secure the area was doubled to keep a peaceful crowd. But they looked uncontrollable. We mean, they were determined to watch the movie no matter how crowded the moviehouse was. Even the presscon at Dunkin’ Donuts was mobbed by fans. They were so excited as they watched Marian and Richard getting closer to each other in every single affair that they are seen. Well, the movie has a very simple story. It tells of a poor girl, played by Marian, who works double time to keep both ends meet, while Richard is the typical rich boy. Another Cinderella story which moviegoers go for. It opens in theaters today.
